Short Break Dinard
The English discovered this village in 1852 and created a resort in 1879, with a tennis club and golf course. Soon Parisian high society and British tourists were visiting in increasing numbers. One of the many attractions is a walk along the coast, looking up at the huge villas built on the top of sheer cliffs. Most of these are hotels or museums today, but remain very impressive.
